Power conditioner evaluation! Solar power generation simulation source

A solar simulator that reproduces I-V characteristics according to the basic specifications of solar panels, allowing for realistic environmental simulation by setting solar radiation and temperature!

The YRD-SC series is a power supply that simulates the IV curve, which is a fundamental characteristic of solar panels. It can be used to recreate various solar irradiation environments in settings without actual solar panels, allowing for the evaluation of power conditioners and production testing. By integrating with the accompanying computer application "Solar Simulation Software," it is possible to simulate a realistic environment that considers changes in solar irradiation and temperature from "sunrise" to "sunset." 【Features】 - Simulates the I-V curve of solar panels (Table Mode and Approximation Mode) - Capable of environmental simulation such as solar irradiation and module temperature - Time-series simulation from sunrise to sunset - Real-time qualification of IV/PV curves - Data logging capability - Can also be used as a high-precision standalone DC power supply - Safe testing possible with power limiters - Manufactured with required specifications from small capacity (3kW) to large capacity (300kW) - Utilizes the newly developed digital power control board CIC (Common Inverter Controller)

Solar Cell Simulation Power Supply Model 62000H-S Series

A low-cost, compact DC power supply capable of simulating changes in sunlight and time series variations of solar cells, as well as evaluating MPPT characteristics.

One of the most anticipated uses as a next-generation energy source is solar power generation systems. The efficiency of converting the direct current voltage/current generated from solar panels depends on the performance of the power conditioner. However, the power generation efficiency of solar panels is influenced by actual weather conditions, making it difficult to evaluate their performance. To enable testing of power conditioner performance without being affected by real weather conditions, Chroma has provided a DC power supply with a solar array (solar cell) simulation function. This allows for simulation not only of changes in sunlight due to morning, noon, and evening, as well as sunny, cloudy, and rainy conditions, but also of temporal changes. It meets the needs for not only testing the MPPT characteristics of power conditioners but also simulating sunlight variations due to regional differences.

Simulation Power Supply "MODEL 62000H-S Series"

High-speed and high-precision 100kHz digital measurement circuit! Introducing the solar array simulator.

The "MODEL 62000H-S Series" is a product that can rapidly simulate the I-V characteristic output of various solar cell materials based on parameters such as Voc, Isc, Vmp, and Imp. It can store 100 patterns of I-V curves in memory and allows the simulation time for the curves to be set from 1 to 15,000 seconds. It can faithfully reproduce the I-V curves from sunrise to sunset. Additionally, the voltage and current values measured with high precision at 16 bits can be monitored in real-time for MPPT efficiency through a soft panel. 【Features】 ■ Maximum output voltage: 0–150V/600V/1000V/1800V ■ Height 3U/15kW (due to high power density mounting technology) master-slave operation ■ High-speed transient response solar array simulation ■ Simulation of multiple solar panel I-V characteristics ■ High precision V & I measurement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Battery and solar cell simulation regenerative type DC simulation power supply "BPS02500WA"

A versatile DC power supply that performs three roles: battery simulation, solar cell simulation, and DC charge/discharge, all in one unit! Output range can be expanded by connecting units in series or parallel. [Demo units available for loan]

This device is a regenerative bidirectional DC power supply that has "battery mode" and "solar cell mode." (Successor to BTU-1601) It has an output capacity of ±2.5kW and allows for the selection of two output ranges, 450V-12A and 150V-36A, by switching internal modules. Additionally, the output is insulated, enabling high voltage and high current configurations through series and parallel connections of multiple units. A PC software for control, measurement, and scheduling operations is included as standard, and it is also possible to operate the device locally. Features: ● Simulates solar cells (PV) and batteries with a single unit ● Achieves a wide operating range through internal switching ● Insulated output, expandable by connecting multiple units in series or parallel ● Equipped with equivalent functions to our PV simulation power supply (PVU01403) (PV simulation) ● Acts as a regenerative load during charging operations, effectively utilizing power ● Can reproduce realistic battery characteristics with simple settings ● Simulates SOC changes due to charge and discharge operations and output characteristic changes according to SOC ● Allows accelerated testing that simulates actual batteries ● Selectable C.C./C.V. control for flexible charge and discharge scheduling ● Internal resistance value can be set to 0[Ω]

Solar cell simulation power supply - Multi-module simulation power supply 'MEP12281'

This is a power supply device capable of simulating both solar cells and fuel cells with a single unit. It is used for the development and testing of power conditioners. [Demo units available for loan]

The "MEP12281/MEP12282" is a power supply device that simulates the output of solar cells (I-V curve). In addition to simulating solar cells, it can also operate as a fuel cell simulator and provide constant voltage output. The configuration consists of a 300W simulated module that can be connected in series or parallel using patch cords, allowing for I-V curve settings for each module. It faithfully reproduces the electrical equivalent circuit of solar cells, enabling a simulation that is closer to reality compared to traditional methods that simulate the entire array as a whole. Remote operation also allows for scheduled operations, making the simulation even more realistic. 【Features】 ■ Composed of 5 modules, it can be housed in a 3U 19-inch JIS rack. ■ The system can be expanded by adding units and connecting them in series or parallel. ■ Since output can be generated for each module, it is compatible with tests for microinverters and other devices. ■ Output voltage and current are displayed on the main unit's LED for each module. ■ It can be operated independently or remotely by connecting to a PC. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Demo units are also available for loan, so please get in touch.
